Smith & Wollensky Atlantic Wharf is a 12,500 sf, 400-seat steak house located in the Waterfront District of Boston. This new high-end restaurant features a large bar area, plush lounge, formal indoor seating for 300 people, and an outdoor patio with 100 seats that takes advantage of the sweeping waterfront views. Other design elements include a temperature controlled glazed wine cellar, a European-style exhibition kitchen, lush furnishings made of wood and leather, creative decors, unique light fixtures and multiple private rooms. The dramatic glass wine cellar is a signature design element, as it is not only striking but also maintains guests’ line of sight to the waterfront. The private rooms are designed for flexibility, utilizing movable glass partitions to create spaces suitable for groups of various sizes. Designed in collaboration with Niemitz Design Group.
Located in the center of an upscale retail district in Columbus Ohio, this 10,000 sf, 335-seat steakhouse just completed a massive renovation of the bar, dining space, private event rooms, lounge area and outdoor patio.The project included a complete structural remodel and interior redesign, unveiling as a more luxurious, comfortable and contemporary dining setting. The design solution is focused on reconfiguring the layout to maximize venue spaces, adding flexibility, increasing private event capacities and improving the overall customer experience for a more inviting and modernized atmosphere.
The upgraded main dining room and distinctive private event spaces feature creative decors and new furnishings with vibrant textures and colors. Floors, wall coverings and lightings have been refinished as well for a classic-yet-updated look. Designed in collaboration with Niemitz Design Group.
Located at the coveted waterfront in Miami beach, this two-story 22,000 sf newly renovated venue provides for the finest dining experience with Miami skyline and crystal waters as the backdrop.The renovation showcased upgraded and modernized dining and private event spaces, an expanded indoor bar and lounge as well as a stunning new Overlook Deck with a full bar, lounge and table seating featuring breathtaking views of the Government Cut Channel and South Pointe Park. Increased private event space adds flexibility in accommodating groups of varying sizes.The first-floor main bar has been transformed into an expansive racetrack marble-top bar with 36 seats spanning two rooms, no longer divided by walls. Furnishings, floors, wall coverings, decorations and lightings have been redesigned throughout with new textures and vibrant colors for a classic-yet-updated look.
