Beacon Architectural Associates worked with Aramark to renovate 20,000 sf food service and dining space at both the Leavey Center and Leo O’Donovan Hall of Georgetown University. Renovations at the Leavey Center included demolition of the existing Center Grill venue and tenant fit-ups for a Chili’s Too and a Starbucks. For Leo O’Donovan Hall, the work included removing all of the existing tables, chairs and servery elements and introducing a new all-you-are-to-eat dining concept. The renovated Leo O’Donovan Hall has a seating capacity of 1150 people and features two floors of dining space with open floor plans and exhibition style cooking stations that offer a wide variety of freshly prepared meals. This project transformed the existing dining facility into a much more contemporary and intimate gathering space defined by modern furnishings, elegant finishes, graphics, and custom lighting fixtures.
