Warren Towers Dining Hall features Fresh Food Co.’s all-you-care-to-eat dining style with open kitchens for exhibition cooking and made-to-order meals. 18 food stations offer a wide variety of traditional and new ethnic-inspired choices freshly cooked upon customers’ request such as gourmet pizza and pasta, Mongolian grill, vegan kitchen, sauté station, salad bar and fresh bakery, etc. Since 2002, BAA has been involved in the continual upgrade of Warren Towers dining facility to accommodate changing student preferences and needs. The most recent project consisted of renovating the existing Mongolian grill station, adding a new Wok station serving traditional Asian cuisine, a new gluten free kitchen and pantry which are geared towards students with special dietary needs, an updated deli station offering signature sandwiches and salads. BAA also provided comfortable new seating area is defined by elegant finishes, graphics, signage, and lighting to evoke the ambiance of a comfortable restaurant rather than a college cafeteria.
